SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship all domestic orders via USPS, and you’ll receive a USPS tracking number once your package is on its way.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We know things can sometimes go wrong during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange for the affected product.

At this time, we only accept returns for items that are physically damaged or sent in error.

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue at hello@lifereallysocks.com
 

MISSING PACKAGES & DELIVERIES

If you’re having trouble locating your package, here are a few things to try before reaching out to us

• Double-check the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.

• Check with your local post office to see if they have your package.

• Ask your neighbors in case it was left with them.

If your shipping address is correct and the package hasn’t turned up at the post office or a neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at hello@lifereallysocks.com along with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

In the case of an incorrect delivery address, we can resend your order, but the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
